Short version: we don't want your data. No accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no ad trackers, no marketing pixels. The cabin description you type is sent to our matching service and to NVIDIA's AI API only to compute your match — we don't store it, and there's no account to attach it to. Don't type personal information into the search box.
We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing.
Our design principle is to collect the minimum possible: the only user data we process is the cabin description you actively submit, used once to compute your match and not retained by us. Everything else is what serving a web page technically requires.
When you click "Book on the official site," you leave FindYourCruize and land on a cruise line's website, which has its own privacy practices. We receive nothing about what you do there.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and since we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from children (COPPA).
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. Because we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK visitors: we hold no personal data about you to access or erase. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will investigate.
If we ever add features that collect data (for example, saved searches), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly noted on this page.
